Look for factories that can clearly explain panel standards, finish systems, packaging, QC checkpoints, and export experience. A broad catalog is less important than whether the supplier can consistently manufacture your required specification.

Confirm samples before committing to production

Request door samples, finish chips, hardware references, and if the order is substantial, a sample cabinet or mock-up section. Samples validate color, texture, edge quality, hinge feel, and packaging standards. For project business, samples also help align architects, contractors, and ownership teams before a bulk order is approved.

Lock the quote and production assumptions

Before paying a deposit, confirm the cabinet schedule, dimensions, material stack, compliance requirements, labeling, packaging standard, and shipping term such as FOB or CIF. If drawings or BOQs are involved, make sure the latest revision is signed off. Most late-stage disputes happen because expectations were not frozen before production started.
